Private Coaching

Parent Coaching

Parenting a child with ADHD or autism can feel exhausting, confusing, and isolating.

You don’t need more discipline strategies.
You need tools that fit your child’s nervous system.

In our work together, we focus on:

• Meltdowns & emotional regulation
• Reducing daily power struggles
• Executive function without over-parenting
• Collaborative problem solving
• Building calmer, more connected routines
• Understanding your child’s wiring (and yours)

Most parents notice fewer blow-ups and less parental burnout within weeks.

This is practical, neurodiversity-affirming coaching, not behavior management.

Adult ADHD Coaching

If you’re an adult with ADHD, AuDHD, or a former “gifted kid,” you may be:

• Burned out from masking
• Stuck in cycles of overwhelm and avoidance
• High-capacity but inconsistent
• Struggling with anxiety, procrastination, or follow-through
• Tired of systems that don’t stick

In our work together, we:

• Understand how your brain actually works
• Reduce friction and decision fatigue
• Build systems that fit your wiring
• Unpack old patterns and rebuild confidence
• Move from shame → strategy

Clients leave feeling clearer, steadier, and less alone in their own minds.

This is practical coaching, not productivity hacks and not therapy.

Barbara has been fantastic. Truly a resource for helping me better understand my ADHD kids and how to be a better parent to them.

"Working with Barbara was wonderful! She is kind, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. She went above and beyond the call of duty by following up after our sessions with additional thoughts and resources. She truly cares and we are so grateful for the opportunity to have worked with her."
