Calm Parenting Collective:
Online Tuesdays at 11am
Next Group starts 9/8/26

Parenting an ADHD child is hard. You don't have to figure it out alone. You love your child fiercely. You also find yourself exhausted by the meltdowns, constant reminders, emotional outbursts, homework battles, and the nagging feeling that nothing you've tried is working. If you've ever wondered... "Why won't they just listen?" "Am I making things worse?" "Why does every day feel like a battle?" ...you're in the right place. The Calm Parenting Collective is a warm, practical group coaching program designed specifically for parents of neurodivergent children. Together, we'll replace frustration with understanding, learn strategies that actually work for ADHD brains, and build calmer, more connected relationships at home. Together we'll explore: Emotional regulation—for kids and parents ADHD behavior through a brain-based lens Executive function support Reducing power struggles Building cooperation without shame Creating calmer family rhythms You'll leave each session with practical tools, encouragement, and the confidence that comes from knowing you're not raising your child alone. Because your child doesn't need a perfect parent. They need a regulated one.

Next Group starts 9/9/26

Late Bloomers is a warm, practical, and encouraging weekly group where we'll untangle shame, learn skills that actually work for neurodivergent brains, and build lives that fit who we really are—not who we thought we were supposed to be. Wednesdays • 1:00 PM (Central) Live on Zoom Come exactly as you are. No perfection required.

Private Coaching

Parent Coaching

Parenting a child with ADHD or autism can feel exhausting, confusing, and isolating. You don’t need more discipline strategies. You need tools that fit your child’s nervous system. In our work together, we focus on: • Meltdowns & emotional regulation • Reducing daily power struggles • Executive function without over-parenting • Collaborative problem solving • Building calmer, more connected routines • Understanding your child’s wiring (and yours) Most parents notice fewer blow-ups and less parental burnout within weeks. This is practical, neurodiversity-affirming coaching, not behavior management.

Adult ADHD Coaching

If you’re an adult with ADHD, AuDHD, or a former “gifted kid,” you may be: • Burned out from masking • Stuck in cycles of overwhelm and avoidance • High-capacity but inconsistent • Struggling with anxiety, procrastination, or follow-through • Tired of systems that don’t stick In our work together, we: • Understand how your brain actually works • Reduce friction and decision fatigue • Build systems that fit your wiring • Unpack old patterns and rebuild confidence • Move from shame → strategy Clients leave feeling clearer, steadier, and less alone in their own minds. This is practical coaching, not productivity hacks and not therapy. What clients are saying:

“Working with Barbara has been a complete game-changer for our family. She is incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic, but what we really loved is how she didn't just explain the science behind ADHD; she gave us practical, actionable tools and strategies that have transformed how we support our son and navigate our daily routines. After working with Barbara, we feel equipped and confident rather than overwhelmed, and we are so grateful for the compassionate guidance Barbara has provided. We cannot recommend her highly enough to any parents looking for expert support!”

Josh R., Parent Coaching Client

“Working with Barbara was wonderful! She is kind, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. She went above and beyond the call of duty by following up after our sessions with additional thoughts and resources. She truly cares and we are so grateful for the opportunity to have worked with her.”
